What happens next?
After we receive your request for pre-application advice or a Planning Performance Agreement we will contact you to:
- confirm that your request has been received
- confirm that the fee, if submitted/required with the form, is correct or if a fee has not been submitted with the form, what the fee is
- confirm the fee for a Planning Performance Agreement under Categories A-E
- advise if any additional information is required (for example, additional plans, a meeting, or a site visit)
- provide the name of the planning officer who will be your contact
