18 offences relating to conditions at Dastan Fresh Nan, 468 Dudley Road, Birmingham on 3 separate occasions. One offence of having food on display past its use-by date, five offences of failing to comply with Improvement Notices requiring accurate information to be provided in relation to the 14 prescribed allergens, a procedure based on HACCP principles to be implemented, food handlers to be trained, hot water to be provided to the sink and to interlock the moveable guard to the planetary mixer. A further 12 offences relating to the premises and equipment not being kept clean, no hot water being provided to a wash basin and the sink, food handlers not wearing protective clothing and not being adequately trained and brushes, scrapers and storage containers not being food safe.
